Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Options
• Complimentary 2-Day Shipping on all U.S. orders.
• Overnight Shipping is available for a flat rate of $20.
Carriers
Orders are shipped primarily through FedEx. Depending on your location, alternate carriers such as UPS may be used at our discretion to ensure timely delivery.
Insurance & Responsibility
• All packages are shipped fully insured and require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
• Once an order has been handed to the carrier, NORRIS AMIR is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
