Returns & Refunds
At Norris Amir, we take pride in offering luxury timepieces and signature jewelry. Because many of our pieces are unique, made to order, or sourced specifically for our clients, our return policy varies by product category.
Ready-to-Ship Jewelry
We accept returns on eligible ready-to-ship jewelry within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unworn and unused.
- It must be returned in its original condition with all original packaging, certificates, and documentation, if applicable.
- The item must show no signs of wear, damage, resizing, alteration, or modification.
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping service, as you remain responsible for the item until it has been received and inspected.
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Made-to-Order Jewelry
We understand that purchasing fine jewelry online is an important decision. That's why we strive to provide detailed product descriptions and high-quality images, and we're always happy to answer any questions before you place your order. If you would like additional information or photos before purchasing, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Because each made-to-order piece is individually crafted specifically for you, it cannot be resold once production has begun. For this reason, all made-to-order jewelry is considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
Watches
Due to the unique nature, authentication process, and market volatility of luxury watches, all watch sales are final, including both new and pre-owned timepieces.
We encourage you to carefully review all photos, descriptions, and specifications before completing your purchase. If you have any questions or would like additional information, please contact us before placing your order—we're happy to help.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Not-as-Described Items
If your order arrives damaged during transit, you receive the wrong item, or your purchase is materially different from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping box
We will promptly review the situation and work with you to reach an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Made-to-order jewelry
- All watches (new and pre-owned)
- Items that have been worn, resized, engraved, altered, or otherwise modified after delivery
- Items returned without their original packaging, certificates, or documentation, when applicable
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
