Warranty Coverage

All NORRIS AMIR jewelry is protected by a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear.
This includes:

  • Loose or missing stones due to defective settings
  • Broken clasps, bails, or structural issues caused by craftsmanship flaws
  • Plating defects or premature discoloration occurring within the warranty period

If your item is found to have a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost. If the exact piece is no longer available, a replacement or store credit of equal value may be offered.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper handling, accidents, or misuse
  • Scratches, dents, or fading from daily wear
  • Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or cleaning solutions
  • Unauthorized repairs, resizing, or alterations

Please note that slight variations in color, finish, or texture are normal characteristics of handcrafted jewelry and not considered defects.
