At NORRIS AMIR, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely in love with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

• All items must be unworn, in original condition without signs of wear or damage and returned with packaging and order details.
• A complimentary prepaid return label is provided for your return or exchange.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Exchanges are processed within 5–10 business days. For faster service, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original purchase.
