Order Processing

In-stock items are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Made-to-order jewelry requires additional production time. Estimated production timelines will be provided on the product page or communicated before your order is placed.

Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

Luxury Watch Shipping

To help provide the highest level of security, all luxury watches are shipped:

  • Fully insured
  • Via FedEx Priority Overnight (where available)
  • With an Adult Signature Required
  • Held for pickup at your local FedEx Ship Center

For security reasons, we may contact you to verify your order before shipment. Additional identification or information may be requested before high-value orders are released.

Jewelry Shipping

Ready-to-ship jewelry is securely packaged and shipped using an insured shipping service selected based on the order value and destination.

Shipping method and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the item and shipping address.

Made-to-order jewelry will ship once production has been completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after your package has been accepted.

Norris Amir is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost, arrives damaged, or you experience any delivery issues, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will assist you in working with the shipping carrier and, when applicable, any insurance provider to help resolve the issue.
