At NORRIS AMIR, our Watch Sourcing service is designed for clients seeking a specific luxury timepiece that is not currently available in our inventory. Once we understand your requirements, we leverage our trusted network of dealers, collectors, and industry partners to locate the right watch on your behalf.

Sourcing Deposit

A $500 sourcing deposit is required before we begin the search for your requested watch.

The sourcing deposit demonstrates a mutual commitment and allows us to dedicate the time and resources necessary to locate, evaluate, and negotiate the purchase of a timepiece that meets your specifications.

If you purchase the sourced watch, the full $500 deposit will be applied toward the purchase price.

The Sourcing Process

Before beginning our search, we will discuss your requested watch, including:

• Brand and model
• Reference number (if known)
• Preferred dial, bracelet, and configuration
• Condition expectations
• Budget or budget range
• Desired production year or other preferences, where applicable

Once these specifications have been agreed upon, we will begin sourcing a watch that closely matches your request.

If We Successfully Source Your Watch

A watch will be considered successfully sourced when we present a timepiece that substantially meets the specifications agreed upon during the initial consultation.

Once a qualifying watch has been sourced and presented, the sourcing deposit becomes non-refundable, regardless of whether you decide to complete the purchase.

If you proceed with the purchase, your sourcing deposit will be credited in full toward the final purchase price.

If We Are Unable to Source Your Watch

If we are unable to locate a watch that reasonably meets the agreed-upon specifications, your $500 sourcing deposit will be refunded in full to your original method of payment.

Changes to Your Request

If you significantly change your requested model, reference, specifications, or budget after the sourcing process has begun, a new sourcing agreement and deposit may be required.

Pricing

Luxury watch market values may fluctuate due to availability and market demand. Any pricing discussed before a watch is sourced is an estimate only and is subject to change until a specific timepiece has been secured.
